This announcement has been a long time coming.

Since 2016, Kuroneko has been a core part of my professional journey. A self-managed collective rooted in ecological commitment, low-intensity digital practices, and an ethic of responsible design. At its peak, the group brought together around ten professionals working remotely across France.

The events of 2020 marked a turning point. Like many, we experienced a period of uncertainty and transformation. Over time, departures followed—geographic, professional, personal. The collective gradually transitioned into a smaller structure. While new ideas and opportunities emerged, the collective energy that once defined Kuroneko became harder to sustain.

Today marks a new chapter.

Kuroneko, as a collective, has come to a close. But its founding values—ecodesign, human-scale technology, ethical practice, and digital sovereignty—remain intact.

These principles now take shape in a new structure: Moriggan.

Moriggan is a digital design studio dedicated to building sovereign, contextual tools that respect both users and ecosystems. We work in small, agile teams, partnering directly with our clients to deliver lightweight, affordable, and fully custom CRM solutions. No unnecessary features. No generic platforms. No painful onboarding. Just thoughtful, efficient tools tailored to real needs.

This evolution reflects a continuity of intent. A way to build better digital systems—simpler, more transparent, and more attuned to their context.

To everyone who has supported, collaborated with, or passed through Kuroneko: thank you. Your contributions helped shape this trajectory. And to all those who continue to question, challenge, and imagine better digital practices: we’re still listening.

We look forward to continuing the journey with Moriggan—under new colors, but with the same care.
